Joe Sanya is a former architect, interior designer, founder and executive chairman of Architects11.

As a newly graduated architect, he established his first company in Phuket, where he predicted a high potential of development. His intuition turned out to be particularly true, as Phuket was to live it’s most booming years in terms of environmental modifications and tourism industry growth.

Over years of building his company name and reputation, his recognition became international with completion of projects around Asia, remarkably in Vietnam and Laos, where he worked for the renown Azerai or Bitexco groups.

OUR SERVICES

Architecture: In close collaboration with the client, the architecture work originally designs the global project. It starts with layout plans conception, building organization and volumes, as well as the selection of components, materials and colors.

Interior Design: As a continuum of the outdoor architecture, it puts the final touch of it, in its rational details and global harmony by playing with the volumes, the light, the space, the colors and more specifically with the soft finishing and furnitures reflecting the client’s vision and expectations.

Planner: Domesticate the space.
In the very first phase comes the evaluation of the constraints of the land, the feasibility of the project, the design of the masterplan making sense in term of function, ventilation, organisation of the flow. This is how the planner will help you combine dream and reality.
