The concept was to bring Mediterranean cuisine and atmosphere in a Thaï tropical hotel. Rattan white wash bleached furniture and Occitan blue throw pillows was the mood and tone and brought a first feeling of Riviera on the outside wooden deck. Inside, we adjusted the volume by addition of see through partitions and softening sheers playing with the day bright light.
